Marketing Linked Deposit in conjunction with DE assistance and outreach efforts. DE has also helped facilitate a webinar for stakeholders interested in financing for energy efficiency and clean energy options. The State Treasurer’s Office (STO) announced a re-branding of the Linked Deposit Program in March 2018 as Missouri FIRST (Financing Investment in our Rural, Small Business and Technology communities). This initiative is part of an effort to invest more in Main Street Missouri small businesses and farms by leveraging the power of the linked deposit program.
