Provided best practice information and comments in “Working Case to Consider Policies to Improve Electric Utility Regulation” (EW-2016-0313). DE testified before the Senate Interim Committee on Utility Regulation and Infrastructure Investment in 2016. DE staff are conducting an economic analysis of investments in Missouri’s electric infrastructure and are consulting with smart grid stakeholders and industry in the development of this analysis. DE advocated for time-differentiated rates in KCP&L/GMO rate cases and parties stipulated to opt-in time-differentiated rate pilots.
