DE provided public comments to PSC regarding maintenance and update processes for the statewide TRM. The final MEEIA rule revision allows the statewide TRM to be submitted to the PSC for review and a institutes schedule for maintenance and updates if the statewide TRM is approved by the PSC.  DE will continue to make the TRM available on its website. DE filed the TRM in EW-2013-0519 for consideration by the statewide MEEIA collaborative. Ameren is basing its MEEIA 3 TRM on the statewide TRM.
