STEPS TO COMPLETION
Further progress steps include determining scope for energy development proposal, including identification of stakeholders, timelines, and milestones, and convening the Stakeholder Planning Teams (SPTs) to identify missing (or connecting) links in supply chain of resource extractors. This would be followed by developing a guideline document for how DE interacts with stakeholders, provides steps that can be used as an ongoing recipe, enables vision/need/goals, and provides recommendations to be developed for each industry as identified. Finally, DE would formalize the energy development proposal, plug into DED synchronous database, and track success with 1) activity/engaging (e.g., contacts), 2) contributing to betterment/determining if we are helpful, and 3) increases in jobs, sector growth, and interventions for job retention.
